Returns Policy

All products purchased on www.kartexa.com can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It should be in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please raise return/refund request along with the order number to using any one of the methods provided

Click on “Get Help” button to raise Refund Request.
Click on “Ask for a refund” for single sub-order orClick on “REFUND MY ENTIRE ORDER” to ask for refund for your entire order.

3.Alternatively customer can create ticket in my account-> From My Account->Order->Submit a new ticket

After receiving the product our testing team will verify, approve and process the refund.

After receiving the product, we will inspect it and notify you.

We will also communicate the status of your refund after the inspection. After approval, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

If the payment method at the time of purchase is credit card / debit card / wallet or net banking the total order amount you paid is returned to the same mode of payment.

If the payment method is cash on delivery (COD), then the total order amount you paid will be credited to your www.kartexa.com account (as store credit). You can use this amount to make any future product purchases on www.kartexa.com.

We will refund the amount within 7 working days to the original method of payment (except COD). If partial product or product with tampered packaging is returned, then the refund will not be processed.

All accessories and items that you received along with the product should be returned together.

Cancellation Policy

To be cancel your order, please e-mail us at order@kartexa.com or use any method provided

1.My Account->Order->Cancel

Click on CANCEL button to raise cancel order request

2.From My Account->Order->Get help->Submit a ticket for order cancel request.

You can only cancel the order before the order has been dispatched.

Cancellation requests received after the order has been dispatched will be dealt on a case by case basis.

In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders).

Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
